The First United Church has many great amenities available with their facility, including:
- a large hall that can accommodate up to 150 people 
- a fully working kitchen with updated appliances, including a commercial dishwasher
- kitchen rentals include use of all dinnerware and cutlery
- clean, updated bathrooms
- off-street parking
- dumpster
